Job Description
WorkMotion is seeking a self-motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to become the first point of contact for UKI clients. The role involves reaching out via various channels to introduce their global hiring solutions and schedule virtual walkthroughs with Account Executives. It's a remote position focused on driving sales and achieving targets.
Requirements
- Native-level English
- Experience in BDR/SDR roles: Minimum of 1 year in a remote B2B Business Development position
- Cold calling & outbound experience: Comfortable making minimum 100 calls/day, minimum 1 year of proven success in outbound sales
- Target- and KPI-driven: Working towards clear goals, quotas, and performance metrics
- Self-starter mindset: Highly motivated, proactive and eager to learn
- Time Zone: Based within +/-2 hours from CET zone
