This role involves overseeing global HR matters, ensuring compliance with international labor laws, optimizing HRIS tools, fostering a positive culture, and collaborating with leadership to align people strategies with business goals. The ideal candidate is based in the Central European Timezone and offers a remote-first, all-in-one HR solution.
Requirements
- Five to seven years of experience in the German jurisdiction, including payroll and labour laws
- Strong understanding of global HR compliance and international labour laws
- Champion culture and change by building inclusive environments
- Fluent German is a must
