Job Description
WorkMotion is a global HR platform helping organizations manage global teams. They are seeking a Senior People Operations Manager to handle employee lifecycle management, global HR compliance, and fostering a positive and inclusive culture. The role involves onboarding, performance, engagement, offboarding, and collaboration with leadership. As a Remote, we have a central hub in Europe and the team focuses on HR in Germany.
Requirements
- Five to seven years of experience in Germany, encompassing onboarding and offboarding.
- Strong understanding of global HR compliance and international labor laws.
- Experience with Factorial (highly desirable).
