Requirements
- Bilingual in French and English
- 4+ years of IT support experience
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Proficiency in Windows 10, Mac OS, iOS, Active Directory, Azure (Entra ID), Office 365
- Familiarity with Zoom, BOX, and ticketing systems
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays when needed
