They are seeking an Employee Benefits Sales Producer (Client Advisor) to identify, contact, and close new business, offering a modern alternative to employee benefits and leveraging data to drive financial outcomes. This role focuses on both employee benefits and potential, working with clients to build a capital-efficient and employee-centric program.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience working in an insurance brokerage or carrier
• Personal and highly motivated
• Leverage excellent listening skills and a strong customer focus
• Experience with Employee Benefits and Sales software platforms (BenefitPoint, Salesforce, HubSpot)
• Independent work style and strong communication skills
• Contribution to a collaborative environment
• Demonstrated effective written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
