Sales Executive - Employee Benefits

World Insurance Associates is a unique financial services organization seeking a Sales Executive - Employee Benefits to identify, prospect, cultivate, and close new employee benefits clients. The role involves designing and delivering employee benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and voluntary benefits, as well as complementary solutions such as commercial and personal lines insurance, 401(k) and retirement plans, and payroll and human resources outsourcing services.

Requirements

• 3-5 years+ of experience working in an insurance brokerage or carrier
• Excellent listening skills and strong customer focus
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
• Experience with Employee Benefits and Sales software platforms such as BenefitPoint and sales CRM’s like HubSpot
