Job Description
World Travel Holdings is seeking a detail-oriented IT Asset & Endpoint Analyst to join our team in Fort Lauderdale. This role focuses on the full lifecycle management of endpoint devices, including computer imaging, user profile configuration, and hardware logistics.
Requirements
- Proficiency with Microsoft Windows 11 desktop administration
- Working knowledge of macOS endpoint management
- Hands-on experience with endpoint deployment and management tools, including PDQ SmartDeploy and PDQ Connect
- Familiarity with Jamf for Apple device management (preferred)
- Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and VPN connectivity
- Experience supporting or administering multi-factor authentication (MFA) solutions
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. (required for shipping and receiving duties)
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
