IT QA Analyst

We are seeking an IT Quality Assurance Analyst to play a critical role in the testing of web applications, including regression testing, identifying issues, and analyzing their relative significance. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience testing applications on multiple browsers and devices, and be able to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or industry experience equivalent to 3+ years in quality assurance testing
• Proven experience testing applications developed on multiple browsers (Edge, Chrome, Firefox, Safari) and devices
• Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem solving skills; evidence of strong judgment and analytical ability
• Experience in implementing information system solutions to address business needs
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills
• Experience in producing effective documentation
• Ability to maintain focus while conducting repeated tests of all angles of issues
• Computer proficient including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) at an intermediate level
• Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours when needed based on release schedule
• Experience with Project Management system such as Scrumwise
