MEAL Officer

With 75 years of experience, World Vision is a global Christian humanitarian organization that helps vulnerable children overcome poverty and experience fullness of life. As a MEAL Officer, you will implement a functional MEAL system for Economic Empowerment & Resilience projects and support the project team in designing, monitoring, and evaluating Accountability and Learning in all project interventions.

Requirements

• Implement a functional MEAL system for Economic Empowerment & Resilience projects
• Support the project team in designing, monitoring, and evaluating Accountability and Learning in all project interventions
• Develop project-specific MEAL frameworks for EER projects in coordination with project staff
• Plan, lead, and oversee the implementation of outcome monitoring studies for grants
• Lead assigned project-specific evaluations and baselines at the field level
• Implement field-level tasks for the outcome and process monitoring of the project
• Provide support in training project staff and partners on reporting requirements
• Conduct regular project site visits and monitor partner & direct implementation against quality standards
