Job Description
Change Manager role at Worldline, helping businesses accelerate their growth journey. The role involves coordinating releases and changes, building and evolving platform infrastructure, and providing solution, tooling, and automation to DevOps squads.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in service management or production/platform management
- Broad technical skills (java development, production support, db, system, network, security)
- Strong experience in ITIL change management processes
- Good communication and facilitation skills
- Experience in project management required
