Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Solution Manager to analyze clients' business needs, prepare technical documentation, identify and mitigate risks, and liaise with software suppliers. The successful candidate will have a strong background in business and systems analysis, experience in the Payment card industry, and a technical background with hands-on experience in software.
Requirements
- Strong background in business and systems analysis
- Experience in the Payment card industry with hands-on experience
- In-depth understanding of industry trends, challenges, and best practices applicable to the financial/payment sector
- Technical background with an understanding of or hands-on experience in software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with requirements and system documentation
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- Full working proficiency in English and spoken knowledge of the Russian language
