Service Delivery Manager

We are seeking a Service Delivery Manager to join our team in Riga, Latvia. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and following up on SLA and OLA, ensuring compliance with governance principles, and managing the lifecycle of specific services.

Requirements

• Graduate degree in informatics or a comparable discipline
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams at an international scale
• Customer focus, good planning and organizing skills
• Excellent written and communication skills, business fluent English and Latvian is mandatory
• Ability to act with customer orientation and be attentive and responsive to customer concerns
