Job Description
Global Account Manager North America job description summary: The Global Account Manager North America is responsible for developing new lines of revenue via new partnerships and novel industry entry points, leveraging existing Worldsensing relationships, and managing strategy for all Global Accounts headquartered in the U.S. or Canada. The position requires a strong geotechnical background, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in sales techniques, negotiation, and closing deals.
Requirements
- General business training
- 5 to 7+ years experience in a similar position and in the sale of services and equipment
- Experience with Global Account management and strategic focus selling
- Experience working with Global ESPs - e.g., AECOM, WSP, etc. - as a customer, partner, and/or employee
- Successful business experience in the field of Instrumentation and Monitoring and/or any of the Worldsensing sectors: Civil engineering, Oil & Gas, Mining, Environment, etc.
- An engineering degree is a plus
- Fluent in English
- Available to travel at least 30-40% of the time
