Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer to join our South American CS Team. The successful candidate will provide technical support to customers and partners, troubleshoot problems, and collaborate with other departments to improve processes.
Requirements
- 10+ years of work experience in technical field support roles
- Knowledge of computer networking
- Knowledge of server administration and Linux / Windows
- Practical knowledge of web-based APIs and front-end web-based technologies
- Knowledge of script programming
- Technical degree in Computer Science, Telecom, or Electronics (preferable)
- Strong language skills in Portuguese, Spanish, English
