Job Description
Worth AI is seeking a driven and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative to join their team. This role focuses on generating new business opportunities by identifying and qualifying potential clients, managing communication and scheduling meetings, and educating clients about Worth AI's solutions. The position is evergreen and may open up for additional SDRs depending on team needs.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales development representative or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software (Hubspot) and other sales tools
- Understanding of AI and its applications in the business world
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
- Strong organizational and time management skills
