The Sr. Manager of Benefits is responsible for the development, design, and effective communication of benefits programs for a variety of well-being aspects. This role involves managing benefits team members, implementing benefit changes, ensuring compliance, and driving a positive employee experience. The position also requires strategic direction related to the retirement plan committee and participation in Open Enrollment.
