Job Description
Woven by Toyota is seeking a Legal Counsel - Contracting to support its contract operations in the U.S. and U.K. This role involves reviewing contracts, drafting documents, negotiating agreements, and providing legal advice to internal and global teams. The Legal Counsel will contribute to establishing a robust Contract Management System and mentoring teams on contracting best practices, with a focus on risk mitigation and company objectives.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of relevant commercial contracting legal experience.
- JD from an ABA accredited law school and attorney licensure within the U.S.
- Experience drafting and negotiating technology agreements.
- Strong communication skills, including verbal and written.
