Vice President of Sales - New Logo & Expansion

We are seeking a driven and hands-on Vice President of Sales to lead and scale our New Logo and Expansion sales teams. This player-coach will embed best-in-class sales practices, drive day-to-day executional excellence, and build a high-performing, metrics-driven team.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience building and leading high-performing direct sales teams, preferably in SaaS or high-growth technology environments.
• Proven ability to operate as a player-coach—engaging in deals while scaling a team.
• Deep experience driving both new-logo acquisition and customer expansion strategies.
• Strong command of sales metrics, CRM best practices, and operational rigor.
• Excellent communicator and cross-functional leader with a collaborative, data-driven mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
