Job Description
WPP is seeking a highly autonomous and results-driven Senior Product Owner to join their WPP Open product team. This role involves driving the execution and optimization of a crucial product capability, translating strategies into actionable backlogs, and ensuring high-impact outcomes. The successful candidate will have strong domain expertise, agile methodologies understanding, and a focus on user value and strategic alignment.
Requirements
- Strong progressive experience in product ownership or a similar role
- Proven ability to own, manage, and prioritise complex product backlogs
- Deep domain expertise in a critical product capability
- Strong understanding and practical experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Exceptional ability to translate high-level product strategy into clear epics and user stories
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional development teams
- Analytical mindset with data and user feedback
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven track record of delivering features in multiple sprints
