Job Description
We are looking for a Product Owner or a Business Analyst with product ownership growth ambitions with a strong background on Structured Products or exotic OTC strategies, data modelling, required documentation and very good knowledge of front office processes.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience on a desk of structured products issuance (buy-side or sell-side)
- Strong technical aptitude with experience working closely with developers on technical implementation
- Ability to comprehend and translate complex financial concepts and discussions into actionable development tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex topics to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Familiarity with Jira for task management, project tracking, and reporting
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience working in agile teams
