Job Description
Wrike is seeking a proactive IT Team Lead to join their IT department, focusing on managing and overseeing the core SaaS stack and providing technical guidance to a team of 18 engineers. The role involves building and maintaining an infrastructure, facilitating collaboration, and ensuring the effectiveness of daily tasks. The team is organized into 5 US, Cyprus, France and Czech Republic locations and the entire IT department is managed within a 18-person team.
Requirements
- Proven track record in a managerial role within a related field
- Knowledge of MDMs, Okta, Google Workspace and Microsoft stack
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with server and network hardware and infrastructure
- Hands-on experience with server and network hardware and infrastructure
