Senior Professional Services Consultant

Wrike is seeking a Senior Professional Services Consultant to join its Professional Services team. The role involves leading individual customer engagements, driving end-to-end customer onboarding, and supporting the sales team with complex scoping requirements. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in project management, consulting, and customer-facing roles, with formal certifications in project management methodologies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management, consulting, and customer-facing roles
• Formal certifications in project management methodologies (Agile, PMI, Lean, etc.)
• Ability to quickly understand customer's complex processes and needs
• Extensive understanding of and ability to apply change management principles
• Thorough expertise in one industry or in critical customer segments such as Marketing/Creative, IT, Professional Services, PMO
• Ability to dive into technical discussions as needed and present on complex digital transformation options and strategies
• Excellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills
• Deep understanding of the DACH market and fluency in German
