Wrike is seeking a Senior Professional Services Consultant to join their Professional Services team. The role involves leading individual customer engagements, driving end-to-end customer onboarding, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify solutions and influence Wrike's product roadmap.
Requirements
- 5+ years in project management, consulting and customer facing roles
- Formal certifications in project management methodologies (Agile, PMI, Lean, etc.)
- Ability to quickly understand customer's complex processes and needs, and assist them in defining clear goals, to ensure a successful implementation of Wrike
- Extensive understanding of and ability to apply change management principles
- Thorough expertise in one industry or in critical customer segments such as Marketing/Creative, IT, Professional Services, PMO
- Ability to dive into technical discussions as needed and present on complex digital transformation options and strategies
- Ability to collaborate cross functionally with Sales to evolve account plans that include ongoing professional services support
- Excellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills
- Effective communication across all levels of an organization, particularly executive stakeholders
- Ability to manage difficult audiences and complex client relationships with finesse and poise
- Ability to provide thought leadership and knowledge of industry best practices to guide customers in complex organizations
- Firm sense of accountability and ownership of work
- Deep understanding of the DACH market and fluency in German
- Superior personal organization and time management skills
- Customer-centric, energetic person with extensive consulting skill set
- Strong interpersonal skills: positive, engaging, friendly, empathetic, tactful and level-headed under pressure and in difficult situations
