Job Description
We are looking for an Engagement Manager to work with both late-stage prospects and current customers in a forward-facing role. As an Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for pre-sales scoping, successful delivery, and value realization, helping enterprises shorten their time to value with Writer AI apps.
Requirements
- 5+ years of technical and/or professional services roles in SaaS, including services sales or delivery roles
- Have worked with Fortune 500 customers for a high-growth, B2B SaaS company
- Experience with generative AI and prompt engineering is a huge plus
- Understanding of and/or experience working with APIs
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Customer outcome-oriented: a laser focus on delivering solutions that create meaningful business results
