Job Description
Compliance Specialist responsible for achieving quality compliance with external funders and regulators, safeguarding assets and income streams, and meeting high standards for excellence.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of REAC, EIC, APPS
- Demonstrated experience in project management, affordable housing programs, income certification and/or subsidy/regulatory compliance, property management and/or other areas related to WSFSSH’s Asset Management function
- Excellent written and spoken communications skills
- Strong office/organizational skills
- Ability to problem-solve independently
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Internet search/usage
- Experience with RealPage’s OneSite
