Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Building Technology Systems – Lead Consultant to join our West Coast offices in Los Angeles, CA; San Diego, CA; San Francisco, CA; or Seattle, WA. The successful candidate will lead a team of consultants to deliver high-quality projects from inception to completion, market our capabilities, win work, and manage a team of consultants to consistently deliver high-quality work to support our clients.
Requirements
- 4-year degree (B.S. in engineering is preferred) or equivalent combination of technical degree and related work experience designing technology systems for buildings
- 7-10 years' experience actively designing high-performance systems for US Federal Projects and the AEC consulting and engineering industry in general
- Experience leading a BTS team of consultants to deliver projects from inception to completion
- U.S. Security clearance or the ability to obtain a U.S. Security clearance
- RCDD Industry certification for communications systems subject matter expert
- CPP or PSP for security subject matter expert or CTS-D for AV systems subject matter expert
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Revit experience desired
- Proficient use of Bluebeam Revu
- Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software
