Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering from a recognized institution, with E.I.T. or P.Eng. registration in Ontario (or eligibility)
- 5–8 years of progressive experience in municipal engineering, with a focus on water and wastewater infrastructure design
- Experience with conveyance facilities such as pump stations and/or trenchless technologies (CIPP lining, microtunneling, HDD, etc.)
- Proficiency in Ontario municipal design standards, codes, and approval processes, with working knowledge of hydraulic analysis and alignment design
- Demonstrated experience in hydraulic evaluations, feasibility studies, design reports, construction drawings and specifications, tender preparation, and construction support services
- Skilled in AutoCAD Civil 3D and other relevant design software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in team settings
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment
