As a Recruiter, you'll be responsible for sourcing, identifying, evaluating, and engaging qualified candidates for various positions across the organization. You'll also manage the full-cycle recruitment process, prioritize and multi-task workflow, and provide an exceptional candidate experience.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Human Resources or Industrial Relations
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or other related degree
• Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or other related degree
• High School Diploma
• Professional Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification
• SHRM-CP and SHRM-SCP certification
• LinkedIn Recruiter certificate
• Recent work experience in a healthcare setting
