Field Engineer

Support Project Manager and/or Project Superintendent with project management, including providing technical engineering information, assisting with subcontract coordination and contract administration, and developing good working relationships with vendors and owners.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Entry Level to 2 years of experience as a Field Engineer in Heavy Civil Construction industry
• Basic knowledge of construction industry, equipment, techniques, drawings & specifications, building materials and required standards applicable to discipline
• Proficient in reading and interpreting drawings and specifications and performing geometric calculations
• Ability to interface and communicate effectively with others
• Skilled in assuming responsibility and reaching deadlines
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
