Underground Field Supervisor (Wet & Dry Utilities)

The field supervisor is responsible to communicate instructions, set expectations and supervise the construction crews. They organize, plan, schedule, and delegate work, labor, and equipment.

Requirements

• High school graduate or General Education Degree (GED) combined with a minimum of 5 year's construction experience
• Associates degree or some college education with construction experience preferred
• Previous supervisory experience preferred
• Ability to prioritize and plan work activities and problem solve
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with crews, and customers
• Ability to perform manual labor and move at least 50 pounds
