Senior Legal Counsel - 1 Year Contract

Collinson is a global loyalty and benefits company seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join their global Legal team in Singapore. This role focuses on providing strategic legal advice, acting as a trusted business partner across corporate matters and complex commercial contracts. The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to deliver smarter experiences for their customers, and will support cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Qualified solicitor with 6+ years’ PQE gained in a global in-house role and/or in a leading law firm.
• Significant experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex English law based corporate and commercial contracts.
• Strong track record advising on corporate matters such as M&A, joint ventures, and financing arrangements.
• Excellent commercial awareness, with the ability to balance legal risk with business objectives.
• Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders, including board-level executives.
• Strong organisational, project management, and problem-solving skills.
