Job Description
The Cypress Club of Hilton Head is seeking a Maintenance Technician to provide responsive, accurate, and efficient maintenance to residential and public areas. This role involves performing a variety of repairs, providing emergency service, and assisting with other maintenance tasks. Requirements
- Perform routine and emergency repairs in residential and public areas.
- Assist with response for HVAC malfunctions.
- Respond to emergencies for system and equipment failure.
- Maintain materials and supplies for campus maintenance.
- Work a reasonable amount of scheduled and 'on-call' overtime.
- Must maintain dependability and punctuality.
- Report unsafe conditions.
