Develop the XCMG EM market in Southern Germany, acquire new dealers, build direct customer relationships, and drive sales of profitable machines. Collaborate with Chinese management and support the introduction of electric XCMG machines.
Requirements
- Proven experience in earthmoving equipment sales and dealer network management
- Residency in Southern Germany and willingness to travel approximately 80%
- Experience with international OEMs and strong technical understanding, ideally including knowledge of electric drives
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Independent, structured, and responsible working style
- Strong communication, negotiation skills, and team orientation
- Deep market knowledge and up-to-date industry insights
- Experience with trade shows and customer presentations
