The Territory Business Manager, Diabetes - Minneapolis is responsible for achieving commercial objectives in the assigned territory and aligning with Xeris' corporate goals. The role involves developing and executing strategic and tactical business plans to meet and exceed sales goals and business objectives.

Requirements

• Deliver on corporate objectives specific to territory
• Develop, evolve, and execute territory and account level business plans
• Engage with timely recommendations to eliminate or minimize barriers to progress
• Leverage internal expertise to maximize field impact
• Manage territory budget and resource allocations
• Create a face to the internal and external customer
• Collaborate with peers, marketing, and training personnel
• Create, build, and maintain relationships with physicians & other health care providers
• Professionally and ethically represent Xeris to external customers
• Take responsibility for ongoing professional development
