The Pharmaceutical Sales Representative – Diabetes/Endocrinology is responsible for achieving commercial objectives in the assigned territory in alignment with Xeris’ corporate goals.
Requirements
- Deliver on corporate objectives specific to territory
- Develop and execute territory and account level business plans
- Engage with RBD to eliminate or minimize barriers to progress
- Maximize field impact through internal expertise
- Manage territory budget and resource allocations
- Create a face to the internal and external customer
- Collaborate with peers and marketing personnel to share information
- Create, build, and maintain relationships with physicians and health care providers
- Represent Xeris professionally and ethically to external customers
- Take responsibility for ongoing professional development
- Leverage internal training and development
