Join Xite, a prominent healthcare M&A advisory and practice brokerage firm, as an M&A Analyst with DSO or MSO experience to support our advisory, brokerage, and valuation teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline
- 2+ years of experience in a DSO (Dental Service Organization) or MSO (Managed Service Organization) environment
- Proficiency in advanced Excel and financial modeling techniques
- Strong foundation in EBITDA and SDE analysis, valuation multiples, and M&A terminology
- Exceptional understanding of platform and bolt-on structures
- Experience in lending and underwriting for medical asset sales
- Familiarity with Salesforce and EMR/practice management systems such as Dentrix, Open Dental, EagleSoft, EZDerm, or similar
