Drive the Future with Xos, a technology company and electric truck manufacturer. Join us as a Vehicle Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain Xos vehicles and provide feedback on design and quality.
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in electric vehicle, heavy truck, or automotive maintenance and repair
- Strong knowledge of high-voltage systems, battery management, and electric drive systems
- Familiarity with diagnostic software, electrical schematics, and test equipment
- Good computer skills to report on ticket diagnosis and resolution progress
- Technical or vocational certification in automotive or electrical systems preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer-facing work
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record are required for this position
