Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in electric vehicle, heavy truck, or automotive maintenance and repair.
- Strong knowledge of high-voltage systems, battery management, and electric drive systems.
- Familiarity with diagnostic software, electrical schematics, and test equipment.
- Good computer skills to report on ticket diagnosis and resolution progress.
- Technical or vocational certification in automotive or electrical systems preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer-facing work.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
