Plant Manager

We are looking for a self-motivated professional to lead Plant operations, including HR, finance, production, engineering, facility, security, maintenance, product quality, and warehouse personnel. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree in any Engineering discipline, minimum 10 years of related experience, and excellent leadership and communication skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in any Engineering discipline
• Minimum 10 years of related working experience in an electronic manufacturing environment
• Experience in a power supply manufacturing environment (added advantage)
• Bahasa Malaysia and English language skills
• Computer literate
• Hands-on experience in quality management system, process improvement, and production management
• Excellent leadership qualities, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Resourceful, proactive, and dynamic individual
• Advanced planning, coordination, and organizational abilities
