Requirements
- Minimum: Technician, technologist, or professional in marketing, digital marketing, communication, writer, publicist, journalist, in training or graduated
- General experience: 2 years
- Specific experience: 6 months - 1 year, in customer service in Contact Centers
- Office tools (Word, Excel and Power Point)
