Job Description
This Technical Support Specialist role focuses on receiving, processing, and resolving files to meet quality specifications within an SLA, primarily within the Digital Media team. The role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as proficiency in various tools and technologies. Candidates should be proactive, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Specialist Knowledge/Experience Required
- Experience in software testing and correction
- Demonstrated success at troubleshooting and excellent communication skills
- Strong knowledge/skills in JSON/XML syntax, RESTFul API, GIT, and scripting
- Experience with AWS CloudWatch or MS Azure (desirable)
- Experience with Confluence apps (Connect, Jira) (desirable)
- Familiarity with various workflow solutions
- ITIL Certification (desirable)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification (desirable)
