Job Description
Xtremax Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive Cloud Operations Manager to oversee the operational excellence, service delivery, and client success of their cloud services. This role combines management, customer relationship, and continuous improvement to maximize value and ensure service reliability. Key responsibilities include managing cloud service performance, cloud operations, client success, and governance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Cloud Computing, or related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in cloud operations, service delivery, or IT account management.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong understanding of ITIL, service management principles, and cloud operational KPIs.
