We're seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead and elevate quality across our electronics manufacturing operations, with a focus on customer satisfaction and company goals.
Requirements
- Extensive experience with quality management systems in manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 standard, documentation control, audits, and complaint/claim resolution
- Experience with root-cause analysis tools (e.g. 8D, FMEA, 5 WGY, Ishikawa etc.)
- Background in continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen) - even at a basic level
- Strong communication skills - clear, confident, and adaptable to different audiences
- Experience with leading and professional development of a team
- Customer and business orientation - you enjoy solving problems and understand how quality impacts both customer satisfaction and company goals
- Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and drive closure of actions
- The confidence to make informed decisions, stand by them when needed, and offer pragmatic solutions that balance quality with operational realities
- Comfort working with customers worldwide and teams across the company
- Proficiency in Czech and English at least at the B2 level
