Job Description
Yara International ASA, a leader in the fertilizer market, is seeking a Maintenance Manager to join their Al Mansurah, EG operation. The role involves leading and managing maintenance teams, ensuring safe operations, and supporting continuous improvement efforts. This is a permanent on-site position in a global network of over 17,000 employees.
Requirements
- Adhere to applicable legislation, Yara's HSE policies, and the Golden Rules.
- Lead maintenance team in the implementation of Safe by choice and improvement of HESQ culture.
- Oversee the Operations with effective planned and preventive maintenance routines and respond promptly to unplanned breakdowns.
- Ensure proper use of PPE, safety equipment, and designated workwear.
- Oversee the computerized preventive maintenance system and assist in control of procurement and inventory of maintenance spare parts.
- Support implementation of Management of Change (MOC) procedures.
