Job Description
The Group Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all maintenance activities across the organization’s facilities, ensuring maximum equipment uptime, operational efficiency, and compliance with safety and quality standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Master’s degree or certifications in facilities or maintenance management is a plus.
- 8–12 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or group-level maintenance leadership role.
- Strong understanding of industrial machinery, vehicle mechanics, HVAC, irrigation systems, electrical panels, and building maintenance.
- Excellent leadership, project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel regularly between sites.
