Assistant Swim Coach - North Royalton YMCA

Join our Greater Cleveland YMCA team as an Assistant Swim Coach and help provide quality, safe and healthy programs and services in our community. The YMCA's mission is to put Christian principles into practice through programs that build healthy spirit, mind and body for all.

Requirements

• Attend all practices and swim meets
• Give swimmers knowledge to understand and master strokes
• Build effective, authentic relationships with students and parents
• Ensure the safety of swimmers at the practice
• Lead practices of the group(s) with care and excitement
• Assist with the recruiting, development and maintaining volunteers and parent groups/committees
• Lead warm ups
• Organize equipment
