Job Description
Provide individual and group counseling, case management, and diagnostic assessments to individuals with Substance Use Disorders (SUD) at Y-Haven Residential Treatment and Recovery Center.
Requirements
- Master's Degree or enrolled in Masters program in relevant field
- At least 3 years' experience in SUD Counseling
- Minimum License: LCDCIII (Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor III), LSW (Licensed Social Worker), LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor)
- CPR and First Aid certification and Safety training required within 30 days of hire
- Must be free from sanctions or exclusions from the Office of the Inspector General (OIG) and the State of Ohio Department of Medicaid
