Job Description
The Supervisor of Aquatics will be responsible for the smooth and effective delivery of designated programs, including scheduling and supervising aquatics staff, and pool maintenance.
Requirements
- Assist Aquatics Director in assigned tasks.
- Address questions and concerns regarding aquatic programming.
- Supervise lifeguards, water fitness instructors and swim lesson instructors.
- Ensure appropriate coverage which may include guarding or instructing when a substitute is not available
- Identify training needs and initiate development activities of aquatics staff.
- Visible and enthusiastic involvement with members, volunteers and staff.
- Participate in and support Association events and fund raising activities.
- Conduct monthly in-service trainings for staff
