Job Description
The Grand Lake Health/Premier Health South YMCA is seeking a Part-Time Member Services Specialist. The role involves providing excellent member service, handling membership transactions, managing member information, and resolving problems. The YMCA fosters an inclusive and supportive environment where everyone is welcome.
Requirements
- Provide excellent member service.
- Perform membership sales, changes, cancellations, and program registration.
- Follow Member Service Desk processes and systems.
- Conduct tours of the facility.
- Handle monetary transactions.
