Job Description
Grand Lake Health/Premier Health/YMCA in Celina, OH is seeking a Part-Time Member Services representative to provide excellent member service. The role involves both assisting members and performing transactions, while maintaining a welcoming and inclusive environment. YMCA is looking for a proactive individual who values members and contributes to a supportive community.
Requirements
- Provides excellent member service.
- Performs membership sales, changes, cancellations, and other transactions.
- Follows Member Service Desk processes and systems.
- Conducts tours of the facility.
- Handles monetary transactions and reconciliation.
- Builds relationships with members.
- Keeps up-to-date with member information.
- Follows safety guidelines.
